Brunch places
Recently had lunch at the timeless Kucina Italian Restaurant! Their menu catered to a wide variety of authentic Italian food, of which I tried one of the pizzas! Although the prices may be on the more expensive side, the portions are pretty big and generous -- I couldn't even finish the pizza completely even after sharing it among friends. The staff were also really polite and nice there. Overall, Kucina Italian restaurant is a cozy and authentic place to dine in!
From the beautiful wall of cuckoo clocks to the rustic wooden furniture and cow-pelted seats, Coucou provided a chic and beautiful ambience to dine in. I've ordered the lunch set which consisted of asparagus soup and beef with rosti. The asparagus soup was a good blend of mildly sweet and savoury. I strongly recommend the swiss-authentic beef with rosti lunch set! I was fully sold after eating the beef which just melted into my mouth. Stayed for the decor, would come back for the beef and rosti!
Had dinner at Meat n Chill and ordered garlic bread and the "crispy skin grilled salmon" dish. The grilled salmon dish is served with 2 side dishes so I chose straight-cut fries and sauteed mushrooms. The salmon had a plenteous serving of Tobiko cream sauce with every bite 🤤 The crisp exterior complimented the moist grilled salmon.
Indulged in the food and stayed for the homey atmosphere !! ✨
Went to the Elixir Boutique and ordered "Turkish Eggs", which included some poached eggs and smoked salmon, and Earl Grey loose leaf tea. It was delicious and I loved poached eggs and toast combi especially!
The customer service was great as the staff were all very friendly. Stayed for the cosy and relaxing ambience. Would recommend for the huge portions and aesthetically-pleasing interiors.
