Dark chocolate and truffle. There’s a good portion of truffle cream in the middle which is really intense if eaten alone. But together with the dark chocolate mousse, they go really well together.
Comprising of black sesame, yuzu and matcha. Super cute since it looks like a potted plant. However, the yuzu was really overpowering that it masks the black sesame. And I couldn’t really taste the matcha, which comes in as a crunchy element in their dessert.
Each of us got a matcha cream puff and it was loaded with matcha cream that flows out. Matcha flavour was not overly intense yet it’s flavour was not compromised. Not too sweet as well and the best out of their cream puff ranges I’ve tried.
Classic flavour pairing. The mint was refreshing and does not remind you of toothpaste. Liked that they used cacao nibs for the chocolate portion as it provides some crunch and bitterness. Will return!
This place lets you choose your level of sweetness too. Loved the chestnut pearls. The citrus mint kombucha is a little too minty. Much preferred their lemongrass one which has some fizz, classic of regular kombuchas
Made with fruits like acai, watermelon and dates, this was a healthier dessert option! The acai was not very sweet and it came with a drizzle option, chia pudding and a buckini mix
This was huge and so satisfying - pairing this up with the pot of hot chocolate would be a meal on it's own. But no, had to get the tarte au citron made with limes instead of lemons and infused with basil. Only wish I had more space for the vanilla Mille Feuille which is made upon order😭
Ordered the blackforest waffle at Stateland Cafe and the wafes were soft and not crisp at all and barely any taste of chocolate. Service was quite bad despite the fact that the cafe wasn't crowded at all when I went.
