Feature Seafood Pork minced noodle, al dente noodle toasted in homemade sauce (chilli, lard oil and vinegar), served with sliced pork, her giao,scallops,prawn paste and pork lard, finished with ikura.
Customer might feel a bit salty because the combination of homemade sauce and ikura.
Downside for me is the portion quite small 😅

my personal opinion, it’s very good lor mee too. It’s flavourful, the gravy consistency just nice, not too starchy and not too watery, served with very generous ingredients.
Don’t forget to add and combine all condiments, from raw minced garlic, sambal,chilli padi and vinegar. It’s really enhance the flavour.

The Lor mee gravy not too starchy, more to watery type,quite flavourful, some of ingredient taste like real meat.

Flavourful mee tai mak tossed in special sauce, and served with the bo handmade meatball and fishball.
This time I tried their latest creation, prawn ball. It’s really good, good for CNY steamboat.

The place called Joo Chiat Fried Kway Teow. The portion not big, I ordered $5 and is not enough 😆. The kway Teow have light wok hei, not sweet, and not too wet or too dry, so perfect 👍🏻.
Comes with ingredients like lup Cheong and cockles.
Definitely worth my trip to try this ckt.

Feature:
Pork Katsu Set.
Slab tender, juicy inside while outside really crispy pork Cutlet, not oily at all. Served with miso soup, rice and shredded cabbage.
With 2 dipping options, one is wasabi mustard and the other one is tonkatsu sauce.
