This bread comes out of the oven only a few times each day so I was very lucky to have been there at the right time. A long queue quickly formed to get the bread, sliced by one of the bakers himself. The bread was generously stuffed with cheese cubes, and had a toasty red leicester crust. It was delightful when eaten fresh out of the oven but having it the next day, you need to heat it up in the oven for the cheese to get melty again. Otherwise, the saltiness of the cheese is a bit too strong.

The cream cheese was a bit too thick for my liking, but the moist layer of cake in between the cream cheese and bread surprisingly helped lift the flavour profile of the whole bun. This made for a great post-meal snack.

This is a million times better than BreadTalk's floss bun!! The addition of egg and cheese really elevates each bite and makes for a very filling breakfast.

Deep dark chocolate flavour with orange peel was great, as it struck a good balance between the rich chocolate and zesty orange.

The bread was very chewy, and while I enjoyed the nuttiness and crunch from the various nuts and seeds, overall the bun was too dry for my liking.

The matcha cream was a bit too custardy for my liking, but the matcha flavour in the bread was wonderfully fragrant and had just the right amount of bitterness.

After 6pm, this goes for $2! I enjoyed the walnuts and raisins, but the rest of the bread itself was merely average. Tasted very much like a normal wholemeal loaf, but jazzed up with walnuts and raisins.

After 6pm, this goes for $2! Comparable to Duke Bakery's chocolate buns, this tear-apart chocolate bread was heavenly after being warmed in the oven. The generosity of chocolate chips became evident as eating the bread was an extremely sticky and messy affair, but in the best possible way.

This is one of the BEST bakery buns I have ever had in Singapore. Even when not fresh out of the oven, the bread retained its crisp exterior, which was a lovely juxtaposition against the soft, creamy and garlicky cream cheese filling. I hope this remains a regular feature on their menu.

This is a fantastic soft bread, perfect for afternoon tea. The fragrance of earl grey is very strong and the generous studs of plump cranberries complement the aroma of tea.

Cranberries and walnuts are two of my favourite things to eat in a hearty loaf of bread, so it is not very surprising that I like this bread very much! Perhaps one thing to consider, though, would be to use olive oil instead of butter, like in some of the other breads from Duke Bakery. I think it would really lean into the savoury profile of the bread and be very enjoyable!

This had cranberries, black raisins, orange peel and quinoa in the loaf of bread but the orange peel is definitely the strongest-tasting of the lot. Unfortunately, I prefer a more subtle orange peel flavour so this bread was less enjoyable to me than it otherwise would have been without the orange peel.
