madeleine looked so cute but was dry and had not much flavour :( was better when i dipped it in the sweet cream in my coffee HAHA
really damn huge omg....soft & moist inside, hard & crumbly outside. it's actually not that sweet despite having white choc. hmmm maybe there can be bigger blueberries inside? coz it tasted one-dimensional halfway
the caramelised exterior is sweet w chewy edges. the inside is dense but vvv soft, buttery and fragrant!
SO GOODDDD itβs really creamy without being jelak. The base was crumbly and sweet. Pistachio layer was nutty and the berry layer was slightly tangy!

the pairing with yogurt gelato was genius as it helped cut through the chocolateβs richnessπ«
felt that less zest could have been infused into the filling. the cheese was so sour and left a weird feeling on my tongue
was recommended by the staff but i thought the cake was v dry
didnβt like the salted caramel layer on topβ¦
couldnβt say no to brownies with a gooey molten centre!π«π« the brownie texture was a bit too dry, but i liked that the sour raspberry made this less sweet overall
everything was so intricately plated & well-executed!
the texture is nothing like iβve had before - creamy & smooth like a Japanese tofu cheesecake, but rich & dense like a NY cheesecake. a must orderrr
itβs okayβ¦found the cream too heavy, but i feel that this is a hvala cake thing
