my fav of the night. the olive oil gelato and fried rosemary made this so aromatic🤌🏼
v interesting and well-plated desserts:
Bonsai - super interesting & dark choc v rich
Japanese Cheese Cake - soo light & what surprised us the most (in a good way) was that the strawberry syrup was sour instead of sweet!
Fruit Platter
Lemon Yuzu - lemon mousse, yuzu jelly. q sour, balanced with the sweet white chocolate shell & cacao nibs
Exclusive to the platter (and honestly my favs) - matcha(?) macaron, matcha popsicle, bon bon chocolate, mochi ice cream, dark chocolate shaped to resemble the iconic KOMA bell.
this was so good!! perfect portion and was sooo rich. the almond crumble base wasn't too soft either.
BANANA BREAD W MASCARPONE ($12.80) was a whole brick :o V moist and i loved the topping combi - espresso mascarpone, seed brittles and dried cranberries! I always get the ICE TEA W MILK-STACHE ($7.50) when I visit any of the cafes from the Atlas group, and yall shld too.
for the chocolate lovers🍫🍫 a huge dessert of hot fudge, candied almonds and toasted marshmallows
The vanilla pistachio and honey macadamia were sooo rich🌰🤤 while the passionfruit white tea was really refreshing. You can def tell they use whole fruits and nuts👌🏼, so the price is justified by the high quality.
v refreshing and zesty. yuzu curd was a little too dense for my liking but i liked the soft and creamy meringue
thought this wld be my fav but it's actl my least...i thought it was too...creamy? idk
best seller for a reason! a little like ferrero rocher with luscious dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts, but richer
not too sweet, creamy & crunchy
When I took my first bite of this 𝐊𝐚𝐡𝐥𝐮𝐚 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮 ($𝟏𝟐), I immediately got up to purchase another to go🫣🙂↕️ The ladyfingers, dusted generously with cocoa powder, were soaked through and through with punchy Kahlua and bitter coffee☕️, a perfect balance to the sweetness of the creamy dollops of mascarpone neatly squeezed atop.
For my choice of drink, the 𝐑𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐨 ($𝟕.𝟓𝟎) starts strong on the nutty flavour with every sip, followed by sweetness and tang. I recommend letting the ice dilute it a little!
Really enjoyed the extremely rich 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭 ($𝟏𝟑) and fudgy 𝐏𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐢𝐞 ($𝟖.𝟓𝟎)!!😋🤌🏼 Tho the latter could have had a stronger pistachio flavour.
