Sandwiches 🥪
LUCKY NO. 8 ($12)
Every bite was hearty from the generous stuffing of ham & I loved that it wasn’t overly salty! Could do without the mustard however as I felt that the crunchy pickled red onions already provided much tang & it kinda made the sourdough a little soggy.
INCREDIBLE EGG ($10)
Bread was very dry & there was too much spring onion in the egg mayo.
TONY SOPRANO ($22) + TATER TOTS & DRINK ($5)
Maybe because I grew up eating Subway, I found this quite overpriced.
Would sing praises for the super creamy burrata but the overly salty prosciutto & rock-hard bread (literally got tired of cutting it💀) made me wonder if my wallet-friendly Sub would satisfy just as much.
ORIGINAL definitely fared the best for me, allowing the sprinkle of herbs & drizzle of lemon🍋 to bring out the best in the lobster.
CHEEZY
I’d hate to betray my love for cheese, but I felt that it masked the lobster’s sweetness😔.
Caramelised onions nestled between generous servings of melty cheese🧀 & buttery sourdough helped cut through the overall richness, allowing me to polish this off with ease😌. I’d still recommend sharing though (as reluctant as you may be) because it’s bigger than it looks here!
