Cafe Food🥞
Honey baby ribs ($21)
Pork chop & mesh ($18)
Truffle bacon pasta ($17)
The ribs was good as well as the pasta. However we didn’t enjoy the pork chop. Maybe it’s preferences, but overall it was good.
The steak was sliced really thinly and was medium-cooked, though no preference was asked by the waiter. It was really soft and flavourful, and was almost melting in our mouths. Mashed potatoes were super buttery and smooth and went really well with the steak. Portion is not huge but would definitely return for this.
really nice and simple cafe at Tanjong Pagar that really impressed us with their food! I decided on the spiced scramble($18). It was served with turmeric scramble, truffle, crispy kale and mushroom medley on a thick, soft sourdough bread. This dish was hearty with a creamy, slightly spiced scramble. The truffle was fragrant and helped to elevate a simple scramble. The mushroom medley was a mix of shiitake, enoki and Shimeji mushrooms. The mushrooms were crunchy and well seasoned! I really loved the crispy kale😍 it was a healthy addition to the dish but it was so crispy it’s like eating kale chips! My friend ordered the brie mine ($24) which was a burger with pork and beef homemade patty, bandied cherries and Brie cheese. She really really enjoyed this burger!! They gave a thick slice of Brie then was charred to give it that softness in the centre.
grilled ham & cheese sourdough ($13)! Doesn’t need much description but It was a good dish. The sourdough was toasted really crispy with a slight chewiness in the middle. There was a generous amount of melted cheese in the middle with a slice of ham. A simple dish but still very enjoyable and filling 😊And they have cold brew too!! Their cold brew was smooth and light, not too strong so it’s good for those who might not like it that strong. Really worth is especially with burpple 1-for-1!
Oats & nuts bowl for a healthier option! One of best granola bowls I’ve had with fresh, crunchy homemade granola, a generous portion of nuts and pumpkin seeds, Greek yoghurt and fresh fruits. Really filling too!!
