Didn’t use burpple beyond cos we wanted to try their burgers! We got a B Burger ($13.50++) which is their original with a beef patty and yumz sauce. The Karate Burger in the background ($14.50++) had two deep fried chicken cutlets in it.
The burgers were not bad, just came with an overload of curly fries we couldn’t finish haha
Came here on a rainy sat morning looking for a hot cuppa. The place was pretty chio, but wasn’t as spacious as I’d thought to do reading in a quiet corner. I’d heard good things about this place, but was sad that the latte ($5) was a lil small and the coffee too acidic for my liking 😥
(it’s good coffee, just that the notes are not up my alley though!)
3 of us girls ordered chicken & waffles ($20) and pulled pork tacos ($22) to share using burpple beyond. Tacos were not bad, but we really liked how the homemade bourbon maple butter sauce complimented the fried chicken!! Sweet and salty combi 👌
From top to bottom: Kimchi sourdough ($20), latte with oat milk ($6.2), Sunny Lovin’ ($15).
Would get the kimchi sourdough again. It has so much meat (bacon, sausage) and a layer of kimchi right above the bread. A v yummy combi 🤤 Sunny Lovin’ wasn’t really worth it!
Also, I don’t usually get oat milk in my coffee but wow the oat milk latte was so smooth and yummmyyy
From left to right: white cold brew ($8.5), Nitro antimatter ($8.5), lemonade ($5.50).
Having tried both the white cold brew and nitro antimatter (oat milk cold brew with nitrogen)... the latter wins hand down for the richer, almost chocolatey coffee taste 👅
