Brunch
This dish was probably the most unique out of all the dishes tried. Crispy, flavorful and not too oily, this was one dish I just kept munching on though knowing I would wake up with a sore throat the next day. The other dishes had a few hits and misses with the green curry being pretty good while the tom yum being strangely sweet.
But for 6 people with drinks, it came up to around $72 (with Burpple)which is very affordable considering the amount we ate
Using the Burpple 1-for-1, you get 2 sets for the price of 1!!
Fresh and chunky seafood, with some standouts such as the Scallop and Fatty Tuna!!
Wouldn't mind going back but sadly, there's only 1 Burpple deal for the Kaidan sets:((
I know what you're thinking, like, "huh come all the way here eat fried rice" but I am serious, this is good!!!
Generous with seafood, full of wok hey, generous portions and to top it off, Burpple 1-for-1!! So if you come here and don't know what to try, this is something that can certainly be amongst your options!! Other worthy mentions are their Honey charred chicken and their Fisherman's Angel Hair.
Wagyu beef, Garlic sautéed kale, Sous vide egg, White kokuho rice and truffle sesame sauce for 18 dollars before the Burpple 1-for-1.
Nothing much to quibble about for the price, but i do wish there was more beef:)). But the flavors combined well, and each component was executed competently, especially the kale:)
