The experience set, comprising of 5 dishes paired with a sweet or dry sake, is worth traveling to Tanjong Pagar for! The sweet sake went well with the Mackerel (which we couldn't resist before taking this photo), and the karage went well with an addition sapporo draft beer we ordered on the side. If you’re too full for a full meal, the skewers were scrumptious. We’ll definitely find ourselves back at Shukuu Izakaya for the mackerel and oyster!
