Not Atas

Simply put, one of the best briyani I've tried in Singapore. The rice is light and fluffy but still so fragrant and packed with flavour. The lamb is tender and savoury and each bite is perfect in its meatiness.

Wasn't really expecting much from this small unassuming joint, but the lechon really impressed. Skin was super crispy and every bite had an audible crunch. The meat was perfectly fatty and juicy. My only issue is that the Lechon with rice set comes with too little lechon. And then the next biggest portion is 500g of lechon. Wish there was a midpoint between the 2 options.
