Desserts For Sweet Tooths
This is a fairly new addition to the usual selections of flavours. The taste of peach came off in differing degrees in different bites. That said, you could tell that they tried to balance out the flavours as best that they could. Worth a try if you like peaches.

The Hokkaido cream appears to be slightly more rich and buttery than the usual cream that one is accustomed to. Overall, a decent enough selection at $2.20

Dark Chocolate exterior coating a chocolate mousse cake with a middle layer that includes diced strawberries. The middle layer of strawberries was a welcome addition which helps to cut across the richness of the dark chocolate. @$6.50
Rating 8/10 (for the presentation)
This was arguably the highlight of the meal for me. A thick slice of apple cake to end the meal. There are multiple layers, including a jam-like layer near the bottom of the cake. Tastes very much like the cakes that I had in Germany.

Chocolate lava cake with a gooey chocolate centre; the cake oozes a thick dark cholate lava when the cake is slit open. Paired with vanilla ice cream and crumbs, the latter adding a contrasting crunchy mouth feel from the soft and fluffy cake.
There's also three dollops of orange sauce, which has a spiced aftertaste that I can't identify. It surprisingly pairs well with the cake, especially midway if you find the chocolate may get too cloying.

In essence, the mochi balls which are lightly charred are to be dipped into this sweet-savoury brown sauce at the top; the sauce has a thick syrup consistency and will coat the mochi balls. You can't quite taste the char, but it was satisfying chewing on the mochi balls which were coated with the sauce.
This was somewhat novel and very different from the usual desserts that I am used to. Rating 6.6/10 - mostly for the novelty of it.
Decided to head to this branch at Funan after having had a wonderful dessert experience at their branch in takashimaya. The thick cut of sea salt caramel ice cream was sandwiched between two dark chocolate cookies, which offered a good contrast to the lighter flavour profile of the ice cream. The ice cream was paired with some crushed biscuit bits to the side which offered some texture. The options on offer are sea salt caramel, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate.
Very worth with the burpple one for one deal! 2 ice cream cookies for $9.80.
Decided to head to this branch at Funan after having had a wonderful dessert experience at their branch in Takashimaya. The thick cut of milk chocolate ice cream was sandwiched between two dark chocolate cookies. The flavour profile of the milk chocolate ice cream was a lot darker and robust than expected, the ice cream cookies options are sea salt caramel, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate. No complaints on my end though, since one is only able to taste the original goodness of the thick chocolate.

Light, fluffy and moist swiss roll with a very generous uji matcha filling in the centre. Once again, this is a decent choice, but there are better options to choose from. Rating 6.8/10
Squarish daifuku that's covered with rich dark chocolate powder; surprisingly good value given that there were two tiers of daifuku in the cup. I would recommend this to those who appreciate dark chocolate. Rating: 7.3/10
Soft mochi with light matcha flavour in the middle. Decent snack / dessert but there are better options. Rating 6.8/10
This was a pleasant surprise. The doriyaki was soft and moist, filled with full cream with an azuki red bean center, all of which came together very well. The highlight was the full cream which was light with a subtle hint of sweetness and did not feel oily at all. Would definitely recommend this! Rating 8.5/10
