Decided to head to this branch at Funan after having had a wonderful dessert experience at their branch in takashimaya. The thick cut of sea salt caramel ice cream was sandwiched between two dark chocolate cookies, which offered a good contrast to the lighter flavour profile of the ice cream. The ice cream was paired with some crushed biscuit bits to the side which offered some texture. The options on offer are sea salt caramel, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate.

Very worth with the burpple one for one deal! 2 ice cream cookies for $9.80.

Decided to head to this branch at Funan after having had a wonderful dessert experience at their branch in Takashimaya. The thick cut of milk chocolate ice cream was sandwiched between two dark chocolate cookies. The flavour profile of the milk chocolate ice cream was a lot darker and robust than expected, the ice cream cookies options are sea salt caramel, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate. No complaints on my end though, since one is only able to taste the original goodness of the thick chocolate.

Light, fluffy and moist swiss roll with a very generous uji matcha filling in the centre. Once again, this is a decent choice, but there are better options to choose from. Rating 6.8/10

Squarish daifuku that's covered with rich dark chocolate powder; surprisingly good value given that there were two tiers of daifuku in the cup. I would recommend this to those who appreciate dark chocolate. Rating: 7.3/10

Soft mochi with light matcha flavour in the middle. Decent snack / dessert but there are better options. Rating 6.8/10

This was a pleasant surprise. The doriyaki was soft and moist, filled with full cream with an azuki red bean center, all of which came together very well. The highlight was the full cream which was light with a subtle hint of sweetness and did not feel oily at all. Would definitely recommend this! Rating 8.5/10

As someone who appreciates dark chocolate, this pairing was great. The balance and contrast between the dark chocolate and the salted caramel was interesting to say the least, but I think the dark chocolate may very well be much better paired and served affogato style (with a shot of espresso).

Paid $10 with the burpple one for one deal. I will come by again even without the burrple deal, that's how good it is! Service was prompt and polite as well.

Genmaicha ice cream served affogato style and topped with crunchy bits of nougat. While not a coffee lover myself, I must say that the espresso shot was really good! The genmaicha ice cream was also really awesome 👍 That said, on hindsight, one should have chosen a more robust flavoured ice cream to pair with the espresso shot as the latter tends to over power the taste of the genmaicha. One of my favourite items from Chateraise. Filling that is a mix of both cream and custard. Rating 7.3/10

Soft and chewy, chocolate was creamy with a right amount of sweetness. Nothing mind blowing though Rating 6.1/10

First time visiting this place. Decided to try the osthmantus cake as it looked like a good palate cleanser after eating dong bei cuisine.

This was a very refreshing dessert that is served chilled, subtly sweet with occasional additional bursts of natural sweetness from the goji berries. Very reasonably priced at $3.50. Rating 6.6/10 Will order again !

First time trying the charred eclipse.
I thought that the charred layer at the top would mask the cheese, but boy was I wrong. The flavors of the cheesecake was intense and distinct.

Would totally recommend.
