More like just a run-down dining place with a few nice food.๐Ÿ˜ฉ
Not really a person who cares about the place ambient much but I got to make some comments on it.๐Ÿ˜
Firstly, we were greeted by dim lighting, okay. Then, the dim lighting started flickering for a long while and it's quite disruptive to the eye. Worst situation might cause vertigo to diners. Imagine you get spinning from eating sushi but not the good kind.๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ˜ต
Next, the place needs an upgrade or revamp please. The interior is totally old, oriental and not much of Japanese feel. You can see from their table that the place used to be some hotpot/grilling restaurant. Putting Japanese related ornaments at the entrance or some paintings on the walls doesn't help much either.๐Ÿ˜ฉ
Okay, let's move on to the food.
Again another Big Nope for me is the Tea, it was not refilled and super cold please. You know the expectation just went zooming down fast like a roller coaster.๐Ÿต๐Ÿ™ But after informing, it was much better.
What we had,

- Tamago Yaki a bit sweet.
- Ikura Chawanmushi๐Ÿ˜‹, the one of the few items that is pretty solid less the prawn in it kinda overcooked, otherwise, its a smooth egg.
- Pitan Tofu(Century Egg Tofu)๐Ÿ‘ classic.
๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ต๐—ถ๐—บ๐—ถ(Fresh & Ultra Thick Cut) Thick cut is always welcome but theirs will cause jelak-ness overtime.

Great stuff, the rice is sticky and flavourful on its own. All the Aburi on it paired well with it. Comes with either Mentai or Garlic Miso sauce on it. Definitely, taste better than their sashimi form.
- Salmon๐Ÿ˜ I think they use different part of salmon, the color is different and the texture too. Its better than their sashimi.
- Hamachi๐Ÿคฉ
- Unagi standard
- White fish with truffle, good, truffle not that overwhelming.๐Ÿ˜„
However, their fame ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ธ๐—ถ seems to tell a different story.๐Ÿ˜ฉ I don't know what I am eating. Felt like its been left there for a few hours kind of stale taste.

- Gyoza(Chicken) surprisingly good but oily.

- Fish Head but where is the head.๐Ÿค” I want to eat my fish cheeks not some super oily fish meat.๐Ÿคฎ

A Japanese-Thai fusion dish that will blow your mind and fill your mouth with amazement. Tastisfying marriage of Japan and Thai.
Silky slurpy Japanese Somen comes with fresh blue swimmer crab meat, citrusy kaffir lime and chilled savoury Tom Yum broth. Unique and interesting. It isn't spicy at all, quite savoury and refreshing and the crab meat is yum yum.
Highly recommend you to try for an excellent experience.

Woah! Their Hokkaido Pork Belly is extremely sinful and scrumptious. The cut is thick, the meat is succulent and flavourful leaning more toward the salty side, and the epitome of ultra fatty fats that melts in the mouth.
Comes with some greens, granny smith apple, spiced miso glaze, Japanese leek, shiso and Koshi Hikari Japanese Rice. A bright spicy kick in your rice.

Big 160g slab of augus beef striploin smeared with caramelised sweet onion jam then sandwiched between Japanese fluffy milk bread. Every sando is freshly prepared upon every order to ensure quality.
While this is one of their main seller, I didn't find itย  wonderful enough. Meat is definitely rare, hard to chew but the service staff says maybe its due to the tendon and not juicy enough. That being said, the sauce and bread are the one making it better.
Will be good if they can ask how well your steak want to be will be a better option.

Safe choice. Spaghetti drowned with light creamy mentaiko sauce, tobiko and lemon zest. Topped with thin sliced clear Hokkaido Scallops and some greens.
It was alright but I feel the usage of noodle is wrong, the mouthfeel of spaghetti just doesn't goes well enough, pretty dull as it covered the light mentaiko taste. I think if use Capellini or make the sauce more powerful will be better.

Defo must get this. Super crispy! Even when cold the crispiness retains. Worthy to be called as thunder crunch fries. Topped with a dash of truffle and loads of parmigiano reggiano. Comes with truffle mayo sauce. Best treats to have!
