(26.90 SGD) Pasta Fresca let’s you choose a sauce and fresh pasta to pair it with. I picked the tomato crabmeat sauce with whole grain tagliatelle. The sauce was a basic tomato with garlic but the star was the fresh crabmeat about the size of mince meat. Was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of crabmeat, you get a decent amount in every bite without the overall dish being too fishy. Tagliatelle was fresh and perfectly cooked al dente which nicely complimented the dish. The outdoor seating area got a bit stuffy due to the lighting and when they closed the blinds for the rain.

About 18.5 SGD, liked the fresh medium sized prawns with a faint garlicky taste coupled with spinach and basil on a tomato sauce base. Pizza is thin crust and has a smokey flavor but somewhat dry. However disappointed as it got squashed before delivery.

Love Tipos fresh customizable pastas. Had the onion flavored mafalde with pink sauce and add ons of blue mussels and arugula and chilli flakes came to about 18 SGD. The fresh pasta is what really uplifts the dish and makes it unique although you can’t taste the onion much. Mussels were fresh but could have had more in quantity. Suggest to make reservation in advance since waiting was half an hour even on a weeknight. Good thing they have online queuing system where you can track your queue number.

Perfect spot for a date night with subdued lighting and sweeping views of the bay. The menu is limited but has a decent amount of vegetarian options and each dish is unique and made with care. Blue crab is perfectly cooked and with slight tangy salty taste from the creme fraiche. Topped with thinly cut fresh melon slices. The cafe is expensive a good choice for a special day/date night.

Brunches cafe has an quirky maximalist decor, retro clocks, typewriters and some of the seating made from old car parts. As for the dish (18.5 SGD) deep fried risotto balls with cheese and bacon, doused in a tomato sauce. The chicken prep felt more Asian inspired than Cajun but tasty nonetheless. Food was good overall and great service.

Crabmeat and seared scallops homemade tagliatelle. Fresh seafood and a mild creamy sauce. Scallops melt in your mouth. Capers give a nice tart kick.
