No Fast, No Fuss
Marche by Movenpick
Truffle Fries ($10.90)
Price Rating: $$
Ambience: 3*
Truffle Fries, at $10, of course, I wasn’t expecting much, so I won’t be talking about how mild the truffle taste was like. Let’s talk about the fries. Fried till golden brown and yet not too oily, it was still crispy even after it turned cold. Thinly sliced, it was easy to eat and paired nicely with thinly shaved parmesan cheese.
Fun fact: Two condiments I often bring along with me when I dine out-- Balsamic Vinegar and Truffle Oil, so I don’t get disappointed over and over again. You gotta save yourselves friends.
P.S. Still better than McD's fries.
Marche by Movenpick
Rosti with Sour Cream and Pork Sausage ($16)
Price Rating: $$
Ambience: 3*
Truth be told, there are I’ve tasted better Rostiis. Marche’s is a tad bit too oily for me but for Rostii lovers, I think it’s still worth the visit.
In huge portions, Marche never fails to let people have a good time in a nice, European setting, good with friends to laugh but don't forget to mask on when you are collecting your food!
