Not gonna lie, their service is top knotch, and their food is beyond amazing. I came for dinner with my boyfriend and ordered the premium braised beef noodles and it came with a card that tells you there are 3 different ways to eat it! First, savour the original soup, second with the soup and the braised beef soup, and lastly, noodles with the beef braised soup only for a dry version. Each was very tasty, but I have to say the beef braised zhup was really the best. It was so tasty and mouth watering, combined with the meat that instantly melts the moment you put it into your mouth. I have to say, its really one of the best authentic Taiwan beef noodle I've ever had in SG. I also especially loved their lychee black tea as well, while it's not their top selling drink, in my opinion, it should be! Oh, did i I mentioned about their top knotch service crew? They were so nice to explain to me how to savour the taste and really took pride in serving us well, paying attention to details like providing us a place to put our bag as well as we were carrying some stuffs with us that day. I will definitely be back!

Went to try out Kelo with my boyfriend on a weekday night. We were informed that the restaurant has 2 different menu for Brunch and Dinner.

The service was top knotch, as the waitress constantly checked up on us to see if we needed anything & the food was amazing as well! We had some of their sticks (almost like yakitori), roast adobo pork tomahawk, pan seared beef cube with garlic confirm & green herb sauce alongside their garlic konjac fried rice (not in menu, you have to click within their in store QR code menu).

My favourite has got to be their adobo pork tomahawk, as well as their garlic konjac fried rice. It was the first time I tried konjac fried rice and I have to say I was extremely impressed! The adobo pork tomahawk was also extremely tender and soft and flavourful as well! The beef cubes also went really well with the garlic confit and yummy green herb sauce, I almost licked it off the plate! Overall, the food was healthy but really delicious, which really surprised me. They also do meal prep services which I'm definitely gonna try next.

Ordered their beef cheeks steak in medium rare and their beef tartare to share.

The beef cheeks steak was so juicy and tender, and packed a great flavour in every bite - you can literally taste the sweetness of the meat, the perfectly seasoned outer coating of the beef, and many other interesting flavours in every bite. Have yet to try their other dishes yet as this dish in itself was very filling for me, but I'd definitely be back for more in the future!!

Very good date place to consider going to.

I heard about this place when I was craving some rice dumplings. I ordered the 5 different flavours to try as its my first time ordering from here.

I especially loved the emperor one as it encompasses everything that a rice dumpling should have. It has flavourful glutinous rice packed with mushroom, chestnut, melt-in the mouth pork belly, chinese sausage and even salted egg yolk. With almost every bite, you'll get a good taste of almost everything at one go. The rest is good too and I especially loved the flavourful minced meat and glutinous rice, but the emperor one made a lasting impression on me.

I'll definitely come back again to order more when I'm craving for rice dumplings again!

Came on a Saturday afternoon with my boyfriend to have their famous prawn noodle and ngoh hiang. We ordered their supreme prawn noodles ($20), full ngoh hiang platter ($13.50) & the new cheese otah ($2.80/piece) to share. Their supreme prawn noodle came with prawns, shabu pork, braised pork ribs & tobiko prawn balls, basically all their ingredients in one bowl of goodness. Their noodles were very QQ and tasty, & the ingredients were yummy and aplenty. The prawn and tobiko prawn ball were very clean and fresh, and the shabu pork was really soft and added a nice touch. The soup was very flavourful and refreshing & it was difficult for us to not finish it. But my absolute favourite had to be the braised pork ribs! It was tender and soft and literally melts in your mouth. Same goes to their ngoh hiang, it was very tender and soft on the inside and very crispy on the outside, literally the best ngoh hiang i've ever tasted. It was also very flavourful and perfect for my tastebuds.  The only downside to this whole experience was the location as it was not easy to get there (their nearest public transport is by bus, or a 15min walk to the nearest MRT) but if you're willing to travel/drives a car, i don't see how this would deter you from trying out one of the best prawn noodle I've ever tasted in SG.

Came for a date night with my partner and the ambience and food was perfect for the occasion. The price of the food was also very affordable for fine dining and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant was just great. Me and my partner bought 1 main dish each - I ordered the beef cheek with pea puree and he got the lamb confit with potaties. We also decided to share 2 cold appetizers - japanese style beef tartare with unagi mousse and smoked salmon creamy riet. The portion of the food was plasantly surprising as the appetizers were almost as huge as the main dishes itself, despite the low and affordable cost. The smoked salmon was infused into the cream itself and was truly encapsulated in every bite. My boyfriend on the other hand, enjoyed the japanese styled beef tartare a lot as the mixture of everything in the bowl blended well with one another. I did not really enjoy the lamb confit as I personally don't really like the smell of lamb, but he really enjoyed every bite of it. The roasted potato was also cooked to perfection and was seasoned perfectly as well. The best part of my main dish was definitely the beef cheek. It was tender and easy to cut even without a knife! The pea puree was also surprisingly good and did not have the usual gritty taste of peas as it was blended really nicely. Would love to visit again to celebrate our anniversary next time!

A short 5min walk from Botanics Garden got me and my boyfriend stumbling upon this fantastic steakhouse that served us this flavourful, juicy and tender medium-rare steak that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We ordered a 2gr full-blood Wagyu MS 6/7 Denver and a Jack’s Creek F1 Wagyu MS 4/5 Deckle for both of us to dine. There was salt given to us on the side for those who wants to have every mouth packed with more flavour, but the meat itself was already so mouth watering even without it. I also got to try their fried camembert, grilled broccolini and creamed kale to share with my boyfriend and I have to say I was super impressed with it. We started off with the fried camembert which was paired with pickled jalapeños and truffle honey. The truffle smell was so strong that it was there in every bite. The combination between the saltiness of the camembert cheese and the truffle honey was very new and intriguing to the tastebud. Highly recommend to try if you’re interested in the pairing. The creaminess of the kale was just nice and it was not “jelak” at all, which was a good pair to the steak. The grilled broccolini added a refreshing taste to the overall experience as well but we still preferred the creamed kale more. We ended our meal with a house baked cheesecake which was topped with wild strawberries compote and gold flakes which was fancy and also yummy! It was a good overall experience and I would definitely be back there to try more of their food.

One of my fav places to go to when ordering yogurt drinks! I especially like their purple rice because it's very chewy when compared to other brands. I went here on a Saturday with my partner and got the strawberry yogurt and added purple rice into it for $0.80 because that's just how much I love their purple rice. I loved the drink so much because the strawberry goes along really well with the yogurt. In every mouth in, I also tasted the real strawberry fruit and it was a little sour and sweet, but it was perfect to my liking! I also got the mango yogurt and just like the strawberry one, I could taste the real fruit bits in every gulp! The mango and strawberry really goes along well with the yogurt and I really love it so much. I've frequented this place often and would still continue doing so.

Always seems to be crowded during mealtime but fortunately got a seat. Their chickens are always tender and very yummy! I love how they always spice up their menu with different flavours! I tried their signature dish in the menu (rose cheese chiqueen) and also ordered toppoki to share with my boyfriend. Just 2 dishes but we were so full at the end of it! I loved how their cheese just melts, and its the perfect balance between sweet and salty!

Visited this cafe on a weekday night with my +1. I ordered the miso salmon for myself & yuzu chicken to share. Upon entering the cafe, we were greeted warmly with a welcome drink which was pretty unique because it was blue, fizzy and with a top of pomelo bits. The drink was surprisingly good as the pomelo bits gave a tinge of crunchiness and it was also fresh. My personal favourite has got to be the miso salmon as the fish was tender and the sauce complimented the taste. It was so good I finished the entire plate! The yuzu chicken was good as well - the chicken was not too dry and the portion was huge. My boyfriend and I almost couldn’t finish it together as a shared side. The place is really suitable for dates and it even has an instagrammable wall there!

Ordered 3 boxes of the D24 Durian to eat during CNY and I must say, their durian is really fresh and good! They even delivered right to my doorstep 2 days later after for free! Sadly I couldn’t get to eat it for a while because of tight work schedule. However even after a few days, the durian did not spoil and it was still good when I ate it. It had a very sleek smooth surface and very creamy texture. The durian was also sweet and was perfect for my liking, I even made durian ice cream using it! Will order again next time!

Located at Vision Exchange, roughly a 10min walk from the MRT. Went there with my boyfriend the other day and we had the truffle gyudon & the buta kakuni don with double meat for both, could only post one so I chose the truffle gyudon I had. I was actually really surprised at how tender the meat were, as if they were cooked for hours. The pork my boyfriend had really just melt in your mouth and it wasn’t oily at all. The onsen egg was so jiggly as well I had to take a video of it. Sad it couldn’t be posted. Honestly just have majorly good reviews for this place as the food was really that good. Only sad thing was we couldn’t sit indoor due to COVID restrictions as there were people smoking outside while drinking :( not their fault though!
