i’m loving this so much more than the prev menu! loved everything in my PETITE ($9) bowl:

- brown rice & sweet potato (my go-to base!)
- coconut-crusted cauliflower (could be crunchier)
- spicy thai basil tofu
- zucchini
- chopped walnuts
- smoked salsa (not a big fan of daily cut’s dressings but this is the first time i actually liked one of them)

This is the 𝐁𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀 ($𝟏𝟖) salad, featuring a juicy roasted portobello, SUPER fresh avo🥑, tasty pesto & tomato relish atop a bed of kale. A big bowl indeed, but it’s lighter than it looks!

super worth & one of the most value for money salads in CBD!

basil garlic sauce is very similar to daily cut’s basil pesto sauce. bbq chicken is tender too!

the cauliflower rice was so mushy and that tahini sauce…is it even tahini? like just look at the colour

The baked chicken thigh was nice and well seasoned but a littleeee dry, so the choice of sauce is very important! I chose honey soy which tastes very similar to teriyaki. It’s on the watery side so it helped moisten the chicken🍗

I got baby potatoes for my base which were yummy! 🥔

The pickled beetroot reminded me of The Daily Cut’s (which I love) and the roasted pineapple was good as usual😋, but the tempeh was not as crispy as the last time I had it 😔

I really liked the tempeh! It was so thin & crispy.
But my favourite was the roasted pineapple, which was huge, juicy and sweet 🍍🤍

tastes so similar to falafels!!! i really liked that it wasn’t dry too. one of my fav subway proteins now

base: brown rice, quinoa
protein: sweet & sour shrimp
veg: king oyster mushroom, beetroot
topping: pepitas
dressing: pesto

Every component of my 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 was lovely: trout🐟 wasn’t overcooked, puffed rice for extra crunch, beetroot & pomegranate for bursts of sweetness, and calamansi dressing to add some zest. Most importantly, the thing about kale is that it doesn’t give the grassy taste that most salads have🥗, making it very easy to stomach!

tofu was hard, vry little japchae and I wasn’t a fan of the sauce
