I recently had the wagyu steak at FBG near Botanic Gardens, which was an absolute culinary experience. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a perfect crust on the outside and a juicy, tender centre. The accompanying roasted garlic was a perfect complement to the steak, providing a rich and savoury addition to each bite. It was a pleasure to have lunch there and I will definitely be back again!
Super Gao Soup, Big and juicy prawns. Perhaps the best prawn mee in Singapore.
I had a lovely dinner date and enjoyed the Wagyu Steak and recommend it strongly. We were recommended the Truffle Mac and Cheese, which was extremely enjoyable and screamed Truffle! A generous sides Beef Heart Tomatoes, with perfectly cooked octopus, paired the beef very well.
I highly recommend getting the steak and perhaps a few creamy desserts!
I had a lovely lunch date and enjoyed the Pipes Burger and recommend it strongly. The juicy burger coupled with the decadent foie gras is extremely enjoyable and the patty was well seasoned. Brioche buns were lightly toasted and a piece of light and velvety tamago egg made for a sumptuous burger. A generous sides of fries and garden salad w Japanese dressing paired the burger perfectly. 10/10
The pork chop was well cooked, where the meat was moist and the meat still succulent. The crackling of the pork was especially enjoyable. Achar was served alongside the pork and gave it a slight south-east asian feel! I had a great time here and recommend others to try it out!
I ordered a Tortellini Di Manzo, where the creamy rich sauce couple with the freshly-made pasta resulted in a decadent experience. I also order A Margherita Di Bufala, where the pizza came fresh out of the oven and had perfect leoparding spots on the bottom of the pie.
10/10 recommend you to come and try the pizzas and pastas. They are pretty affordable for their standards.
Do not miss out on their desserts! The Apple Blueberry Cobbler($8) balances perfectly the tartness of the apples and sweetness of the vanilla ice-cream!
