Visited Fat Belly on a Saturday afternoon and was pleased by the ambience and location!
We had the Fried camembert with a truffle infused honey which was decadent and a great starter! Next was the Grilled Vegetables that had a nice char and overall good texture.
The steak was seared perfectly and was delicious! We also had the Creme brulee french toast with berries and it was one of the most interesting and delicious desserts i've ever had.
We had the new york cheesecake which was rich and creamy and a great way to end the lovely experience at Fat Belly
We ordered the ngoh hiang platter and 2 bowls of prawn noodles. The broth was rich and flavourful. You get to select your choice of noodle as well. I tried the big prawn and prawn ball option and the prawn balls were super Q and the prawns were fresh! Come here for a great bowl of prawn mee!
Visited meadesmoore on a Tuesday evening and was pleasantly surprised by the quaint and romantic dining space. We got the breaded pigs head which was crispy on the outside with a burst of juices and meat inside. We also got the octopus which was very well cooked. The beef heart tomatoes were juicy and refreshing. Come here for the steak! The steak was juicy and tender and tasted amazing. The pork chop was also cooked well and juicy. We also had the truffle mac and cheese which was decadent and filling. We finished our meal with the tiramisu which was smooth and light. We also got the eton mess which was refreshing and very delicious.
Had a pleasant lunch here, ambience was good and service was great! The chirashizushi had pickled cucumbers which are a really good addition to your usual chirashi bowl! The slight crunch and tang to the cucumbers really added more flavour to the whole dish. Would definitely recommend it! The iced peach tea was a refreshing drink to have especially on a hot day!
Visited TWGF for lunch and had the uni risotto. The risotto was cooked well, made with many decadent ingredients like uni, caviar and crabmeat. The food was infused with a lot of Japanese flavours and was an interesting experience.
Had a pleasant lunch here. Ordered the calamari, salmone gnocchi and margherita pizza. All tbe dishes were done well but the gnocchi stood out with the great texture and the smooth sauce. Definitely would recommend coming here especially with muslim friends as the restaurant is hala certified and muslim owned.
The ribs were fall off the bone tender and extremely flavourful! Would definitely recommend getting the ribs if you visit. Ambience was lovely too!
