The dish speaks for itself - a delicious blend of mentaiko sauce with rainbow trout fillet with Japanese rice. Comes with extra portion of cabbage too if you want to have a balanced meal without additional charges. Alfresco dining with the ambient sound MRT racing actoss the tracks. Worth it for the large portion.

Fantastic place to spend time after work. Shukuu Izakaya has an extensive menu with unbeatable sake. The place also has really great vibes, and the staff are really helpful and friendly despite how busy the place gets.

Personally recommend getting the Shukuu Experience platter for the first time, you get to try a whole bunch of different foods and great sake. The vinegared mackerel is really delicious and sweet. You have to also try the assorted charcoal skewers which are marinated to perfection and have that really good char flavour.
