Well-cooked rice topped with a variety of sashimi cubes (salmon, tuna, octopus, ikura); all the raw seafood are fresh & firm with no fishy taste; octopus is firm & crunchy; topped with fried wonton skins that add crunch to the dish; with seaweed, edamame & wasabi; soy sauce at the side not required as there's sauce in the rice bowl itself & slightly salty; good bowl of chirashi don..

Rice is well-cooked to soft & not mushy; generous portion of tender beef slices that is well-marinated, slightly salty but no beefy taste, even non-beef eater also eat; mushrooms are crunchy & juicy; truffle taste is strong yet not overpowering the taste of individual ingredients; love the addition of roasted garlic that add crunch & elevate the taste; yellow pickles aid in reducing the meatiness feel; with a well-cooked onsen egg; a must-try dish..

First time eating such a big bowl of chirashi don; generous portion of big sized raw fish cubes on top of a well-cooked bed of fluffy pearl rice; salmon, tuna, swordfish, scallop, ikura, tobiko, tamago, cucumber, seaweed, tempura flakes etc.; ingredients are very fresh and firm, no fishy taste; good for 2 to 3 pax (by right for 3 to 4 pax); rice to ingredients ratio is 40:60; love the wasabi at the side that is very fresh and strong..

Well-cooked pearl rice, sprinkled with furikake; topped with thick mayo, crunchy pickled radish, cherry tomatoes, spring onions, seaweed; love the egg with thick oozing yolk; beef is tender, lightly salted & cooked to medium; felt a little too generous with mayo & rice tasted quite bland; decent bowl of rice..

Char-grilled wagyu beef, foie gras, onsen egg, mushroom & pickled cucumber on top of japanese white rice; beef is well-grilled to medium, very tender & succulent; foie gras is lightly salted, very moist & soft that melt instantly in mouth; no fishy taste; egg is a little overcooked as the yolk didn't flow as expected, but still good; the sauce is towards peppery side, not salty..

Negitoro, salmon, ikura, quail egg & pickled cucumber on top of japanese white rice; the raw seafood are very fresh, no fishy taste; salmon cut is quite thick; the rice bowl taste good when mixed, without the need for any seasoning; love the fresh wasabi at the side that taste smooth & strong..

Raw salmon cube topped with tobiko & mentaiko sauce; fish is very fresh; sauce is creamy & thick but not overwhelming; love the crunch from tobiko; rice is a little too wet & soft for my liking; came with seaweed salad, onsen egg with oozing yolk, ginger & wasabi..

Salmon is well-grilled & with torched mentaiko sauce; sauce is flavorful & creamy yet not overwhelming; pearl rice at the bottom is soft, not mushy; looks plain but flavorful; mildly sweet & sour with apple honey vinegar; with well-cooked japanese egg, seaweed, greens & yellow pickled radish..

Beef is tender & well-cooked to medium well; chicken is tender with mild smoky taste, not salty; rich tasted quite plain as no sauce, so added the beef rendang sauce & tasted exceptionally good..

Salmon well-cooked to soft & not dry; chicken katsu is crispy & flavorful with thin layer of batter; with oozing yolk egg in the middle; rice is soft & very generous; with crunchy & well-cooked broccoli at the side..

Soft pearl rice topped with raw egg, minced raw tuna & marinated raw salmon; egg white tasted foamy & melt instantly in mouth; oozing yolk is very thick & rich; raw fish are fresh, no fishy taste, but portion quite small; after a good toss, rice tasted sticky & wet, quite interesting but bland; taste elevated after adding the Japanese pickles & a little soy sauce; salad is fresh & crunchy; miso soup taste normal..

2 big pieces of teriyaki unagi that is heated up & torched; soft & flavorful with mild smoky taste; on pearl rice with various pickles..
