The experience was great as the staff are really friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent and the serving time was really on the dot! The grilled octopus is so tender and soft! In the dish there is also beef tripe, with this addition, it completes the dish! We also had the roasted bone marrow, served together with sourdough, you can enjoy it like butter of bread. Another highlight is their scampi butter, extremely umami!! The visit has been a great experience! If you are one for adventure, FBSS is the place to go!
