This was a dish fit for a king. I don’t usually have a huge appetite, but I wiped the plate clean.
If you’re hungry and up for a mean brunch, this is it. Flavors were delightfully paired. There was the sourdough - which tasted earthy and rustic - well-paired with the butter.
Next were the sunny side up eggs, look at those orange egg yolks! The highlight of the dish I must say, was the sausage and slaw. You can choose smoked or spicy sausage - I chose smoked - and it was absolutely delicious. The slaw was crispy, fresh and provided just a nice touch of sourness to balance out the dish. Hashbrowns were crispy on the edges and soft on the inside (though slightly oily in mouthfeel but it paired well with the bread and eggs) Needless to say, bacon is well, bacon.
It even comes with a fresh long black! You can top up to make another drink (I got iced chai latte). All in all, a meal I remember!
