Having won numerous accolades and ranked top 3 ice cream shop in the world in Gelato Festival World Masters, Veneta Heladeria is a small chain of gelateria famous for using fresh ingredients🍦

We tried the award-winning gelato (1st place of Gelato Festival Challenge Europa 2019-2020) that comes with pistachio bits, nougat and white chocolate 💚

My favourite flavour turned out to be the award-winning chocolate that clinched the first place in Mejor Helado De España Premio 🍫 Rich and intense!

We also had the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲. For those with a sweet tooth, opt for the 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘅𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 or 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 🫐

Located in the centre of Valencia, we found a famous restaurant serving traditional talian cuisine and wines 🍷

✨ 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶 '𝗡𝗱𝘂𝗷𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 (€𝟭𝟱)
Topped with burrata, the pasta is served with a substantial amount of ‘nduja (spicy spreadable pork sausage) 🍝 The bread crumb added an interesting texture to the al dente pasta. A must try for spice lovers 🥵

Overall, a good option for Italian fare set in classy environment that is popular with local families!

Also ordered the tuna belly pizza 🍕The wood-fired pizza comes with sundried cherry tomato, fior di latte, tuna belly, red onion and oregano toppings 🌿 And they don’t skimp on the ingredients!

✨ 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗼 𝟰 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗶 (€𝟭𝟮.𝟱𝟬)
With a generous amount of cheese, this savoury pizza contains a mix of fior di latte, parmesan, taleggio and gorgonzola 🧀 Wished that the blue cheese was more evenly spread but still enjoyable nonetheless.

Couldn’t miss out on their grilled squid! We had ours with salmoriglio 🦑

Freshly made daily, this flavourful pizza impressed us!✨ Enjoyed how the savouriness of the homemade sausage balances well with the sweetness from the caramelised onions. Would recommend 👍

Topped with pepperoni, mushrooms, ham, olives, artichoke and mozarella, this signature pizza is also well-received 🍕 We also tried a few of their other pizzas (including Italian sausage pizza, porchetta pizza and Sicilian pizza).

We also tried their chef recommended and signature dish. This variation of pizza came with freshly roasted pork belly (porchetta), mozzarella, basil, rosemary, rockets and homemade balsamic glaze 🐷

Cooked in white wine, the pasta is tossed in anchovies, sardine, caramelised onions and pine nut 🥂 We also found juicy raisin that soaked up all that flavour 🥺 Compared to mainland Italian food, Sicilian food is generally bolder in flavours. And this Sicilian pasta dish truly reflects that.

If you are a serious pasta fan, you would be happy to hear that they use only Di Martino pasta (made with 100% Italian flour) 🍝 This squid ink pasta is cooked al dente and they are not stingy when it comes to the ingredients 🐙 No wonder we finished every strand of this and we even had the massive portion (since we came in quite a big group).

Don't miss out on the foccacio! Made with organic cherry tomatoes that are planted right by their doors, this signature item didn't disappoint 👍

These fresh breaksticks are baked with Italian mascarpone and Mozarella cheese. Comes with a strong garlicky cheese flavour 🧀
