Caesar is one of the simplest salads out there made up of a mix of baby romaine lettuce, hard-boiled egg, parmesan cheese and croutons. The creamy and umami-rich anchovy dressing provides a briny blast and it is the ideal complement to the crisp lettuce and crunchy croutons.

Here at BCH Grillery, they are creative in making their bak kwa versatile. Never would I ever thought of throwing some bak kwa into a salad. The citrussy and refreshing salad dressing complements well with the sweet and savoury bak kwa.

Scoop and wrap these creamy shrooms with a lettuce and they are all ready to be eaten with a better crunch. They serve this with beef bak kwa by default but other options are available for non-beef eaters.
