If I had to choose, the Truffled Mushroom Burger ($15++ single/$20++ double) would be my favourite. You generally can't go wrong with these, & this one didn't disappoint!

The ingredients weren't overly drenched in truffled mayo & master sauce, hence no sogginess... Just the right balance of flavours & juicy texture. Juiciness from both the USDA-certified Black Angus beef patty & the sautéed mushrooms (this combination ranks highly in my books). Also has american cheese & caramelised onions, too.

Very much a winner for me, & I'd come back for this in a heartbeat.

Shoestring fries were a decent portion as a side (additional $4++). Sufficiently crispy & not overly-salted, just the way I like it. Shared this with a friend, but I could've well finished a portion on my own.

To our dismay, the Sriracha Chicken Burger ($15++) was sold out. We'd wanted Patty Variety from the beef patties that we love, & this was the only chicken option. Brined chicken thigh, American cheese, sweet pickled carrots & radish, spanish onions, butterhead lettuce, sriracha mayo sauce - sounded heckin' good. Hope to try it the next time.

So we opted for the SRF Wagyu Burger ($16++ single/$22++ double) instead, with a @snakeriverfarms Wagyu patty. Simple ingredients go into this burger: American cheese, caramelized onion, gherkin, master sauce & chipotle mayo.

All burgers are sandwiched between 2 brioche buns - they are SO good & fluffy. Love on first bite because of this pillowy texture & flavour explosion in my mouth. While I'm generally not big on chipotle, this sauce combination here was well-balanced & I'm not mad about it.

I had a single patty burger, which had a comfortable bun-to-meat ratio. I'd imagine the double patty option being pretty dope, especially since they do their patties perfectly. The beef patties are well-seasoned & cooked medium rare - you don't get to choose the doneness, but no issue for me as that's how I'd order my patties anyway.

I would return to Three Blind Pigs again just for their Classic Burger ($20++), though. I actually first knew of them through a friend who ordered their burgers & raved about them - home delivery, & they apparently travelled well. So I knew I had to try them.

This chunka hunka tasty goodness.... 200g of a solid juicy beef patty. Good enough for me, but if you wanted a double patty that's $6++ extra. Fluffy buns that aren't greasy AF. & the shoestring fries that come on the side - crispy, just the way I like 'em.

Their burger menu is quite extensive, but this one is right up my alley so I'll likely order it again. Other options for reference:

Can't say much about how I feel about the Beer Battered Onion Rings ($8 nett), as I'm not a deep fried food person. However, I appreciated how these are thick & actual onion rings (not tubular mashthings) in a crispy batter.

Sauces available on request (ketchup/chilli) & don't cost additional - which is great.

Of course, we didn't come here for beer..... Them burgers. Damn. Did not disappoint.

Had the Classic Cheeseburger: Single ($14 nett) / Double ($19 nett) - 100% USDA patties with a slight crust & char on the outside. Lightly toasted sesame milk buns that felt almost melt-in-your-mouth with the juicy patties. Overall, balanced flavours that weren't dominated singularly by any of the good ingredients - homemade pickles, grilled onions, phat burger sauce, with melted American cheese.

Service was excellent too - friendly & made us feel so welcomed. We also didn't have to wait long for our order. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the cheerful lad that took & served our order. Didn't get to say bye to him when we left, so if you're reading this please give me a holler!

I ordered Lime Zest Fries ($8++) to go with the burgers, as the burgers themselves don't come with fries. This was done well - crispy, delicious, & great for sharing. Comes with ketchup, mayo & chilli. Truffle mayo is available too, but costs additional.

The Silence of the Lamb ($27.50++) is a strong burger - & by that, I mean the flavours are whoa. The lamb patty is very gamey in this one, which might not be suited to everyone's palate. It overpowers the iberico chorizo that it is topped with.

I liked the creamy goats cheese & sweet red wine onion compote - however, I'm not sure if I'd order this again.

The Pork-A-Licious Burger ($29.50++) was my favourite of the three I tried. Surprised, as I am not a pulled pork fan. However, this was flavourful & executed well.

The pulled pork is braised in beer for 14 hours, & doesn't have the overpowering BBQ taste that I tend to dislike. Harmonious flavours with the juicy Black Angus beef patty - would certainly order this again.

The Signature Singapore Fling Burger ($35++) constitutes a Wagyu beef patty topped with crab meat & melted cheddar cheese. Conceptually a good idea, however I felt the taste of the crab meat didn't complement the beefyness of the patty. Wasn't bad, just felt a little mismatched. Think along the lines of briney-meaty.. It wasn't my cup of tea.
