Had a fantastic experience at Ingleside Singapore!
I ordered the Wagyu picanha, which was roasted over applewood – the meat was tender, rich in flavor, and cooked perfectly. What really impressed me was the little touches: the sourdough bread was warm and crusty, and the tomato butter was tangy, creamy, and addictive. The team was warm and attentive throughout, and the cozy interior made it feel like a hidden gem in the city.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone who appreciates well-crafted dishes and thoughtful hospitality
Started off our meal with their signature fresh Italian Burrata Cheese with Toasted Sourdough Bread. Burrata was very fresh, soft and well-flavoured. I could taste the sweet & rich cream curds topped off on the bread.
Ordered the 2GR Full-Blood Wagyu MS 6/7 Denver and Auskobe Wagyu MS 4/5 Deckle. Both steaks were juicy, tender and loaded with flavour. The chefs really cooked my steak to perfection, I enjoyed it a lot with just some rock salt to taste. Ordered a couple of interesting side dishes as well, such as charred broccolini and sautéed thyme mushrooms. I think it was a rather good & hearty addition to my meal. I would definitely recommend trying the Sautéed Thyme Mushrooms if you are looking for a flavourful side dish to pair with your steak.
The meal was so filling that I almost could not make it to dessert, but I am glad I did. Ordered the Basque Burnt Cheesecake which looked rather unassuming at first, but it was one of the creamiest cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Definitely pleasantly surprised by this!
Will definitely come back again!
