RM95
"Since 1993"
So must try right?
There were 2 sizes of prawns to pick, extra large (RM158) or Large (RM95), I too paiseh to ask for smaller, so poor old me pick the cheapest one.
There was about 4 different styles, with 2 being signatures.
I picked the Sang Har. Which looked similar to Yee Mee but the similarities end the minute you take your first bite. Nice! Recommended!
This place is super generous with all the important ingredients that go into this porridge.
Namely the fatty pork bits, and spring onions.
Very fragrant from the sesame seed oil, and very tasty thanks to the pork lard.
If you love sabahan Sanyuk mee, then this one is a close competitor to what you can try in Sinsuran.
Thick juicy noodles, a very umami rich sauce, and most importantly not shy to use pork lard. Magnificent.
Finally another spot in JB toe joy this Hakka dish.
The overall flavour when mixed is balanced.
Not salty, and very satisfying
Very nice flavour profile.
This dish is part of the CNY reunion dinner banquet at Swatches Fraser Place
A traditional dish that is a mainstay for CNY.
Albeit a little on the salty side, this dish goes very well with the other banquet items
Normally we'd have pomfret for reunion dinner, but qing palace pulai spring opted for a fatty and juicy garoupa.
Very good indeed
Such balance, such flavour, it's too good!!!!
This loaded meaty ball was the star of the show for the ramen
RM2.80 for a really nice Bao is well worth it!
Avoid their pre packed nasi Lemak at all cost, it's aweful
Not a fan, but it's alright, I would eat it, I just won't order it
