Free-flow Seafood and Sashimi on Ice along with an extensive array of Cold Starters, Hot specialities, and Pinsas. Not forgetting the plethora of desserts including the well-loved LUCE-misu and Pistachio Strawberry Frangipane.

The highlight of the buffet will be the Mafaldine Cacio e Pepe and hand-tossed Italian Pinsas. The former is a decadent creamy pasta twirled inside the Parmesan Cheese Wheel while the latter has a deliciously thin crisp crust, so good that we grab a few slices in a go.

One of the few places to go when we crave Taiwanese food.

While WANt Food Taiwanese’s menu had expanded with a couple more dishes, their Braised Pork Rice ($7.90) and Taiwanese Salty Crispy Chicken Rice ($9.90) still remains our favourite. Topped up an additional $3 for the bento which comes with Taiwan sausage, braised beancurd, cabbage and braised egg.

From now until 31 March 2022, savour over 20 Peranakan dishes as part of Peppermint’s buffet spread. Highlights include popular Black Angus Beef Oxtail Pongteh, Nyonya Fish Maw Soup, Ayam Buah Keluak, and Crispy Belachan Chicken served with Blue Pea Rice.

Have their Nyonya Seafood Dry Laksa which is prepared ala minute, dig into the platter of kueh and don’t forget to get their Signature Durian Pengat.
