Cheese
Creamy textured, and surprisingly mild with a little bit of goat pungence. It's quite salty
When you melt it, it becomes curd-like and the goat stench is much stronger
Pretty high quality actl, the texture is fine and there's a milkiness to the taste.
Semi soft cheese, not much taste. There's a bit of pungency and the defining feature is it's bitterness, which is stronger at the middle than at the sides. Great texture after melting, and eating it w bread covers the bitterness enough to make it very enjoyable
Pictured 50g(eighth of a wheel). Their french cheese collection is solid, they had everything I tried, and wanted to try at ginett
The sharp pungency is real, I really didn't like the smell but it's bearable. I don't agree w what's said about the taste tho, it doesn't have a particular taste(if you ignore the pungency). Moderate saltiness and the texture is interesting abit like custard, like the president brie, not the usual fatty proper brie or camembert. Interesting but no need to try
It's pretty limited in stock, don't see too many of them around and this time we took the last one
There's a milkiness present, as expected of Hokkaido milk. That's pretty interesting. Otherwise it's slightly tangy and has a great smooth texture as well as formidable flavour too. Grassy, and clean soil notes
It's really a charismatic camembert
After searing there's a decent crisp and a strong chew but it turns hard after a while, so eat it quickly.
It's said to be a dry mozz but it's pretty different from what u expect. The chew is concentrated and the smokiness is reminiscent of ham
Very flavourful and pretty salty, there's a porky stench tho which works well with strong cheeses that can overpower the porky smell. Texture is on point too
Brie style cheese that's truly melty, even at room temp the exterior is alr melted and the interior is very soft. No need to bake just let it rest to room temp and enjoy
This is super strong and there's a bit of acidity. There's a bit of goaty pungence. Enjoy it in small amounts with something sweet, it's really delightful when you don't heap on and get overwhelmed by it
Here's one thing I don't like about them, they alr specify min 150g but when you buy they give you the only piece which is cut out, and it's 170g for both. Since the price is pretty reasonable it's not a big deal but it's annoying cos I find it hard to finish 150g much less 170g
Anyway this doesn't have much depth, it's got a sharp saltiness and a creamy texture. A good sandwich cheese I guess, when used thinly, in specific scenarios.
Melty, with more acid than expected and more saltiness as well. Flavour was creamy enough but I won't say it stunned, not too bad
