Eugene's reviews
Kim Choo's dumplings have an optimal balance of rice and filling. Their dumplings also have a good amount of oil, which ensures that the dumplings are not overly oily. Overall, Kim Choo's dumplings should be tried at least once.
The dish featured is the Supreme Prawn noodles soup (yellow noodles). The most important thing for prawn noodles is the broth. In this case, I feel that having soup noodles was a bit of a mistake. This is because the broth in the claypot that they serve the soup in offers better flavour compared to the soup that went with the noodles. Overall, the flavours were outstanding and this restaurant fully deserves the business that it gets.
The photo features one of the wagyu steaks that I had, which was a 2GR full-blood wagyu ms 6/7 Denver and a Jack's creek fi wagyu ms 4/5 Deckle. While the wagyu steaks were less marbled than I thought they would be, there was sea-salt at the side to adjust to taste. The restaurant is located relatively close to Botanic Gardens MRT Station, making it easier to get to.
