conveniently located near the bus stop and adjacent to chomp chomp! we got the dry-aged pork belly, pork jowl, and beef short rib. staff was really friendly and helpful, noting to cook the meat we ordered in line with our preferences :) i especially loved the variety of side dishes, which the staff kindly topped up for us multiple times. overall a satisfying and filling meal for two! will definitely come back to try the other non-bbq dishes ~!
a nice weekend getaway from the bustle of city life! ordered flame grilled angus burger and lamb shank for our mains which didnt disappoint! burger patty was soo moist and the curly fries were extra crisp๐๐๐ lamb shank was very tender as well, totally worth. got the fried fish and ebi sides and was super full๐ was a peaceful experience away from busy main roads, got weekend resort getaway vibes, ill recommend ๐ค
i usually have low expectations for cafe food (they alw leave more to b desired) but la savoir did not disappoint bc everything we ordered was really good! we got the mushroom soup, butter board, charred octopus and beef cheek! mushroom soup was really mushroomy and creamy and i really just wished there was more!!!! had great garnish incl a some type of cracker which i thought added interesting texture. i thoroughly enjoyed the butter board, alw wanted to try one and its as good as i imagined it would be. i especially loved the furikake butter, so delicious! and the bread was on point. beef cheek was tender and so worth it!!! nice presentation as well. i really liked the interior! highly recc la sav for dates, girlfriend meetups or with family :)
wonderful meal. got the premium beef noodles and it was really the perfect bowl ๐ service was good, the staff took their time to explain the steps to eat the braised beef noodles to us. the generous chunks of beef were really tender, and tastes very homely. recommend!
delicious deep fried camembert! the truffled honey that came with it was the perfect touch, highly recommend getting this dish๐ค grilled broccolini was a nice savoury dish. got a medium rare wagyu denver, prepared to perfection๐ recommend coming to FB for a chill lunch, or a celebratory dinner! great experience๐๐๐
came to fulin clarke quay (beside harry's) on a thursday evening and they had a live singer! atmosphere was great and the menu had a wide variety of food, drinks and bar bites. crispy pork belly was excellent and flavourful, very addictive. we got har cheong gai as well, super juicy. service was great too!
came on a weekday afternoon and food came really quick. portions are massive! honey mustard ribs are tender and juicy w a delicious marinade, and the beef chilli fries were hugeee for its price. service was great as well!
got the prawn w shabu noodles and the broth is to die for. the perfect hearty end to a rainy evening. i recommend going for the dry noodles, so that you can savour the delicious sauce that comes with the dry noodles. the ngoh hiang tasting platter was a good choice too. overall very large portions and well worth ๐ค
too excited to drink the drinks! always a pick me up when im tired and hungry, but on the go. this time i got the oreo boba, reminds me of froyo ๐ but my all time fav is the mango purple rice fresh fruit yogurtโค๏ธ delicate flavours and the most perfect chew!! quick service at suntec outlet too
we went on a hungry monday evening and ordered 6 dishes! for izakaya sizes, this was more than filling. my favourite would be the kawa ebiage, would be a great snack to go with beer, or even by itself :) even though its stated as mini, the gyu don was a sufficient portion, w generous servings of perfectly seasoned beef. spicy salmon don was delicious too!
really love joo chiat kim choo's rice dumplings. perfectly balanced flavours and generous fillings! i really liked the pulut hitam nonya rice dumpling, the filling was really tasty and the black rice added an extra layer of texture that i rlly appreciate. earned a fan!
dined at true cost on a friday evening! the vibes were good and the service staff were rlly nice! interesting concepts for food. i especially loved the burrata and grapes, the burrata was big, and really moist and creamy! had the crab pasta as well, with really generous portions of crab meat in it. also, $1.50 for fruit juice! cheapest ive seen in restaurants
