best of both worlds - smooth, fragrant and creamy.

truly one of the best carrot cakes i’ve had - moist, fragrant with some good textures to bite into. a huge yes for me.

𝒀𝒖𝒛𝒖 𝑷𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝑩𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒎 // oh, so soft & light. a unanimous decision, this was our favourite out of all. it was subtly fragrant with delicate floral notes from the hibiscus pear compote & fresh cream, paired with citrusy yuzu curd. we loved how it was not too sweet yet served as a good dessert as well (that got a thumbs up from my dad too).

𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐 𝑪𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒊 & 𝑴𝒊𝒙𝒆𝒅 𝑩𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒀𝒐𝒈𝒉𝒖𝒓𝒕 // perfect as palate cleanser. i’d imagine it will be refreshing to have this after a hearty meal tho it was a tad too tangy for us that day.

one of the crispiest waffles i’ve ever had. fragrant, light with a slight chew, we immediately wished we had the double. for the gelato, we ordered 𝒑𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒐 & 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐. a mistake on our ends, these were both extremely rich flavours that might have been better eaten on their own than together.

𝒑𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒐 - a medley of nuttiness and saltiness, 👦🏻 preferred this while i preferred the latter.
𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒊𝒐 - reminds me of ferrero in gelato form but creamier and denser. my favourite part of it was that the gelato was chewy and so good with the waffles or on its own. wished i could have more!

a taste of childhood - i’ve always been the kid that orders strawberry flavoured everything if i had a choice and i love how mcdonald’s newest strawberry pie hit the spot exactly! it was not overly sweet with small bits of strawberry within. a perfect snack to end off the meal.

headsup tho, not for strawberry purists (if there’s such a thing) also, the ambience here is 💯, officially my new favourite outlet 🙌🏻

filled with roasted hazelnuts and fruit bits, i loved how they added textures to the chocolate - making it extremely addictive to bite on. as a dark chocolate lover, i thought I’d prefer the 𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒌 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕 but the 𝒚𝒐𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒕 proved to be the black horse. tangy, creamy with hints of sweetness. i don’t think i’d be able to put it down once i start snacking on it.

with a wide collection of chocolate truffles and pralines, we were so spoilt for choices when we were there.

𝒔𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒎𝒂𝒏 - extremely apt for the festive season! an easy delight, coated with white chocolate and filled with hazelnut cream with crunchy bits.
𝒑𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒌 - so rich and good! i love how the chocolate shell added a crunch when paired with the luscious center.
𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒍 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒚 𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒌 - great for tea lovers! the earl grey had a stronger profile than the chocolate imo.

honestly, one of the better hot chocolates i’ve had. it was so rich, chocolatey and indulgent. you’ll not be able to tell there’s no sugar added!

refreshing goodness - brewed with green tea, these were simple and thirst-quenching. if you love a little tanginess in your drinks, go for the mixed fruit tea, which had a good balance of sweet and sour.

a kinder surprise in dessert form - not only was the thai milk tea flavoured ice a delight to have, you'll also be able to dig in to a hidden mix of crunchy corn grits, dried strawberry, raisins and chocolate bits. love biting into these crunchy bits!

so visually appealing - dig into soft eggy pancakes drizzled with tiramisu flavoured cream. moderately sweet, this dessert seems to be catered to little ones too with the subtle coffee taste, a plus for parents! tip: have a scoop of ice cream with it to cut through any impending jelat-ness!
