Comes with 3 different types of noodles (Egg Noodle, Spinach Noodle & Boat Noodle) with different types of beefs (Sliced Beef, Beef Ribs Brisket, Beef Balls, Beef Cheek & Beef Liver). The broth is incredibly aromatic, robust without being overpowering, making every sip simply amazing! Beef slices tore apart easily as they are very tender. Beef balls are light, bouncy with a nice sweetness. The beef cheek, beef brisket extremely tender & soft. Beef liver tender without the unpleasant tough & grainy texture. The 3 types of noodles are seriously springy, chewy & soaking up the amazing broth, giving a burst of flavour as I slurp unto it! Totally a beef lover’s paradise.
Tom Yum Seafood Mama Fire Pot
This fire pot filled with slurpsome Tom Yum soup & a variety generous amount of fresh seafood, squid, fish fillet, mussels, tiger prawns as well as mushrooms & Mama Noodles. The tom yum soup packs such a punch yet with a good balance of spiciness & tanginess that is too irresistible not to keep slurping on. The addition of raw eggs add some creaminess to the soup. Shiok! The seafood all very fresh with their natural sweetness retain in it. Totally satisfy my craving!

They certainly don't scrimp on the portion. Each bowl of gooey slurping goodness is fill to the brim with myriad of ingredients.
What I tried,
Traditional Lor Mee
With handmade fried pork balls, braised pork belly, fishcake and half a braised egg.
What binds everything in the bowl together is definetly the viscosity gravy. The gravy is savoury & luscious, but not overly thick with a robust flavour & a hint of sweetness. For the fullest enjoyment, top it off with a dollop of garlic, some vinegar, & their homemade sambal chilli, which are the essential condiments for lor mee. The noodles has a good bite & really satisfying to slurp them up with the gravy. The vinegar & garlic also help to give the noodles some oomph. Their handmade in house fried pork balls is also the main selling point here. These bite-sized fried pork ball are chunks of perfection! Each bite is well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside & still remain crispy after being in the gravy for awhile. The pork belly are tender with nice meat to fat ratio.
