Tomidou is a great place to visit! We were served by Head Chef Akira and what we had were unforgettable. Some of what we had were bluefin tuna sushi, pacific sardine and sake. Regardless of the dish, all of the main items were prepared on the spot and were absolutely divine in taste. To top off the omakase experience, monkfish liver was served to have with our sake and the pairing was perfect. Head Chef Akira prepared and served everything with his heart and we could feel his passion in his works of art. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive too. Supermarket sushi will never taste the same again!
