Food
amazing experience with the cozy atmosphere and super friendly staff!
started with the burrata, at one glance, one may have thoughts on how the flavours will gel but it was REALLY GOOD (esp with the shallots) - very light and refreshing
sides we had the grilled okra, very warm n crunchy!
mains included the grilled black tiger prawns - super charred and the sauce rly rly compliments!
we also had the ribeye, super soft and it melts in your mouth, it also comes with the chimichurri sauce - love the spices in it
we also had the mocktails - first light and blushing peach! very refreshing!
lastly we had the kueh talam pudding. it was salty on the top, between at the bottom, but when eaten together, it compliments really well! additionally its also warm so its comforting!
great way to end the meal!
will defo come back again!
Really delicious and affordable food! The touch of mentaiko to the salmon and it’s smokiness truly compliments the dishes well (the salmon bowl and the chicken skewers) The garlic sauce on the Maki was also extremely flavourful! Pleasant experience! This place is definitely worth a try!
Had a fancy dinner at One prawn and Co!
Started off with the prawn toast, it was very cripsy and light, complementing well with the sauce too! A very nice dish to kick start!
For mains i had the Signature haddock fish burger which was buttery with the cripsy fish and tartar sauce sandwiched in between. The Black cod seaweed porridge had a nice char to it, and steak was cooked to perfection and is very tender.
Overall it was nice! would come back again!
Decided to drop by to try out their prawn noodles! As expected, it exceeded expectations! There was alot of depth in the flavours of the prawn soup! The hokkien mee had this slight “char” or “wok” taste as it was served in a claypot, really nice HAHAHAH
We also added the har cheong gai and the ngoh hiang! It complements really well with noodles we ordered! Both were fried to perfection and for the ngoh hiang, there was alot of variety from fishcakes, tofu, ngoh hiang, youtiao and prawn cracker!
pleaant experience, will drop by again!
Dinner at Ingleside Singapore
Great food with great experience! The dishes were made with finesse, the flavours and plating spot on! Some dishes that i enjoyed were the Maitake & Pork as well as the Venison Tenderloin.
The pork was flavorful, and the mushrooms were sautéed to perfection, bursting with sauce in every bite. The crispy kale also added a delightful texture that tied everything together beautifully. For the Venision, the flavors complemented each other exceptionally well, creating a harmonious balance! But…wah…it really melted in my mouth… super rich and tender! The different components in the dish really goes very well with the tenderloin!
For dessert we had the Deconstructed lemon meringue tart! It was refreshingly cold and crispy thyme crumbs also added a perfect contrast that rounded out the meal.
The staff were incredibly friendly, taking the time to walk us through each dish and explain its different components, also guiding us on what to eat first! Truly commendable!
Will come back again!
Honorable mention: Truffle Toast 2.0 - It transcended my friend and i to heaven 🤣 Must try!!!
