Amazing flavours in every dish! The lobster and shrimp were fresh and had a really good bite, with added smokiness from the char. Loved the prawn toast, it was the perfect mix of textures and paired really well with the aioli. the monkfish was really unique and flavourful.
Service was excellent, and the Chef split the portions for sharing :)
Had an amazing dinner and experience at Meadesmoore! There were 3 cuts of steak and they were each a different texture and a burst of flavour, the smokiness and crust was really enjoyable. The burrata tasted very unique and paired well with the ingredients served together. the flambe cheesecake was a nice way to top off the meal, unique flavours and textures, and really enjoyable to the last bite
Broth was flavourful and sweet! Served piping hot in the claypot. Hokkien mee was cooked al dente and wok hey was just right! Ngoh hiang tasting platter was very crispy and pairs really well with the sauce provided
