Uni creme, butter-poached lobster, japonica rice, honey ponzu, caviar, char-grilled cheddar cheese, sesame, chervil. Flavour almost on point, but would love for the rice to be warm. I suggest you get the starter size, mains was a little too jelat for me - you know, diminishing marginal utility haha overall pretty good given the price (main: $26.90) - Id be totally bias if I were to compare it to Shinji's uni bowl. But yes, Shinji's uni bowl anytimeeeeee. 3.5 / 5 burps

Akimiso infused lobster meat, aged soy sauce, black sesame. Not bad, but not to die for. 3/5 burps 😝

Acquired taste. I actually really do like this , though all my friends had opposing views. Mash up the crab meat, with some soya sauce and rice - ohhhh yeahhhhhh 4/5

My favorite kind of aquarium 😊 And on some days it even comes with Shirako (sperm sacs)

Nothing beats Shinji really, but on days when pockets aren't feeling deep, I'd be more than happy to have this awesome bowl of freshness 4/5
