Looks Good! Tastes Bleh! (ノ_・、)

So Joe & Dough tried jumping onto the Salted Egg Yolk trend and we couldn't resist trying it for ourselves… only to be rather disappointed.
The salted egg yolk did kinda flow, but it was really like squeezing the end of a toothpaste tube for that last bit of paste trying to squeeze out the sauce without deflating the bun.
Also the bun was just too dry. 2 of us couldn't even finish this one bun that felt like it was left sitting in open air for a couple of days.
The service at Millenia Walk outlet needs much improvement too. The staff or manager acted like he was so busy that we were taking up his precious time by even making an order. 🙄

#Bacon lovers' dessert— #TheBeastSG's Bacon Waffle Sundae: Candied bacon, pecan brittle, butterscotch, waffle and triple chocolate ice cream.

Unfortunately this didn't live up to our expectations. The bacon was too sweet and dehydrated—coming from a bacon lover, I couldn't even finish that one strip of bacon, like chewing on a salty yet sweet sugar cube. The waffle was too airy too, so it felt like we were just eating melted chocolate ice cream… Sorry, but no go zone!
