The noodles were nice and tender, doesn't go all soft and soggy, beef was very tasty and the soup was delicious but obviously had MSG...so be prepared to down two bottle of drinks 20mins after the meal

Back to this Chiu Chow restaurant for dinner and yummy shrimp and veggie cake for appetizer, not bad not bad
Loaded with minced garlic and glazed with sweet soya sauce (similar to how steam scallops are done) these Choy sums were piping hot in the bamboo steamer, indeed a very nice simple dish with two thumbs up
Not the usual crystal wrappers, it's like the wonton wrappers and it's steamed, quite yummy! #dimsum

This is one of the best taro sticks I've eaten in HK, the chef puts the taro sticks in a heated wok and then constantly move it while the sugar pour in, so basically, he needs to be super quick so that the sugar sticks to the taro but without melting the sugar into syrup! The sugar shell was thin and light, nice and crispy and the taro was cooked properly so it wasn't hard
A slice of duck meat on the bottom with taro paste on top wrapped in a crispy batter! Yum!
This one can be a miss, the chives & minced pork fillings was only so-so, it needed a stronger taste. The wrapper was a bit thick and sticky
Chiu chow style tends to bit a bit oily, so this dish is no exception. But eat it while it's hot, it's nice a crispy and tasty without being too overwhelming
A bit salty, but with Chiu chow congee or rice, it's perfect
