Cheese based pizza topped with lamb confit, jalapeño and pecorino. The wood fired sourdough pizza was delightful. The sourdough base was light and fluffy, and the crust was charred nicely. It’s the kind of pizza you’d wanna wipe out, instead of just leaving the edges out. Personally have not experienced cheese based pizzas much, but the flavours here were pretty decent, with the portion of lamb confit satisfactory.

Roasted cauliflower dashed with Dukkah Spice, wasn’t to my palate and cauliflower wasn’t very well executed, especially as I was hoping it could’ve been more roasted.

Pork sausage, with tomato ketchup and curry powder. Not the best especially when the tomato catsup and curry powder was a bit overwhelming and in your face, and the texture of the sausage was a bit too soggy.

Fresh squid tentacles that gave a nice slight bounce with every chew, and I loved the sourness from the spicy green sriracha which complemented the squid with impeccable flavour. The argyle had a slight herbaceous note but have more a refreshing peppery taste alongside the grilled tentacles.

Beside the wide drink selections, they also served lots of different western food choices here as well.
If you come for dinner, this would be the first on the menu. A good size of chicken chop cooked with saffron aji amarillo glaze, accompanied with spicy jalapeño salsa and green salad.
A popular drinking spot at Changi Village, with wide range of drinks to choose from.
Once you made your order, head over to the drink area to collect yours. You will see a row of tap which they get your drink from.
For the non-alcohol drinks, they also have a few refreshing choices like this one. Taste very sweet indeed.
