Hello there, welcome to your backyard café. It’s cozy, it smells of great food and freshly ground coffee. You must have with you everyone and anyone who matters to you for maximum enjoyment. When Lola’s Café was first conceptualized, there was one binding thought that was not to be compromised; Lola’s was going to be a playful and casual environment where you could get honest, unpretentious comfort fare in the company of great friends. We insist to serve only the food & drinks made with great love because food served from the heart is the most delicious.

A pretty petite cup size but you get bang for your buck for the authenticity of flavour .

Deep matcha flavour with the bitter undertone that I like. The best part is that you can customise how sweet or less sweet you like your matcha latte to be - unlike most establishments where they used pre mixed matcha latte powder which is already sweetened and sometimes too sweet for life’s sake.

Very delightful cup of matcha latte- my new matcha haven.

Possibly better than the ones I had at hvala 😊or tsujiri - hmm.....

Homemade apple cake - pretty enjoyable and not too sweet but the base of the cake was a little too wet and dense so definitely a few marks to minus for that 🤣.

The vanilla bean ice cream however made up for part of it 😊 . Smooth , creamy , with a pretty authentic vanilla flavour .

I ordered the pulled pork and avocado eggs benedict ($16) as pictured here. The portion looks small here from the picture but trust me it is very very filling and you would definitely feel satisfied at the end 👍🏻 I loved the hollandaise sauce that they used and everything blended well together!! We also got the nacho cheese fries ($9) and honey paprika crispy wings ($10) which were delicious as well. Highly recommend this place for a nice brunch to chill and catch up with friends ☺️

Had some cakes and coffee at Lola Cafe recently:) Hummingbird Cake ($5.60) is a banana cake with banana and pineapple bits, topped with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon powder. The cake is moist and fragrant, and the cream cheese frosting balances the sweetness of the banana cake. So good! Lychee Rosewater Cake ($6.50) is a rosewater vanilla sponge cake with lychee bits and butter cream. The sponge cake is soft and the butter cream is light, smooth and packed with lychee bits. The Latte ($5) is slightly acidic, but it goes well with the sweet treats. I love that there is a wide variety of desserts and beverages to choose from, and the fact that the food is good, the portion is generous and the price is reasonable. To top it off, the cafe is relatively quiet and chill as there are 2 units side by side to accommodate the weekend crowd:) What a gem!

Eating clean almost there. Just that the miso salmon was wayyyyyy too salty for me.

Cream cheese frosting, chunks of pineapple, banana & cinnamon.

I don't know why the cafe is so popular. When we reached 3pm on Sunday, there were still people queuing..... Maybe for early dinner? When we finally sat in, we were told that the kitchen is about to close for brunch menu (until 3pm) while starters is still available. That's a good news for us because it may indicate the noisy cafe can be a little bit quiet since "brunch ppl" will head to somewhere else?

The cake is out of my expectation. U can taste the whole chunk of pineapple and banana. The cream cheese balance well the strong cinnamon flavour. I'll definitely go back to try other cakes.
