The best Tau Sar Piah i have eaten.

I ate the salty version. Freshly baked traditional chinese pastry with green bean paste. The pastry is flaky, crispy and not too sweet. (S$0.80/pc) Very different from other tau sar piah. Recommend👍 Must try!

Super mega love this! Thin and crispy and combine with the right level of sweetness is a perfect match!

Balastier famous pasty that was always with a queue sight whenever i passed by. Bought their salty version to try and i would say just get the sweet ones. Definitely a cut above the others but somehow the savoury sweet filling is abit off balance. I would have been great if the sweet side is not so obvious.

Really well-loved by colleague when they showered you with goodies and is from the famous ones! The only tau sar piah that i would sacrifice my calories for. Buttery and flaky skin that comes with a slightly crispy texture. Filling is good too, unlike the usual ones with crumb-ly filling that is very dry.

This Tau Sar Piah is definitely a cut above the rest! The pastry itself is buttery, flaky and a bit crispy kind. There are 2 flavors available - sweet (with sesame) and salty (w/out sesame). Their fillings is pretty average but decent. (S$0.80 each)

I’m a fan of Tau Sar Piah so I’ve tried so many before. Trust me when I said it is the best! No other stalls can win their tau sar piah or come close to the taste. It is just so unique and addictive! 😋 Buttery, flaky crust with sweet and salty tau sar filling! I love the salty over the sweet ones. You can see the staff making them by hands. Taste so heavenly when you eat it warm and fresh out of oven! 🤤
