Prawn x2 + Pork x2 ($7.80) My friend she always order pan fried buns via grab in advance and she didn't wanted to wait at there outside the shop. It's so good and delicious for the pan fried bun and inside filling. As it's my first time to try it out for pan fried bun tbh and also I also wanted to try it out for a long time with her. I think pork really taste normal but prawn taste much better than pork tbh. My friend she always order pork pan fried buns instead of prawn and beef one.

not bad but then the noodles ($5.80) was slightly hard to chew through tbh. But the sauce texture was quite waterish tbh and also not that nice tbh for their side dish or noodles? just come for their signatures for pan fried bun only :D

I always order this side dish ($5.20) on chinese restaurants most of time. I felt that there's not much vinegar taste as it's strong chili sauce on this side dish. I managed to add more vinegar sauce inside the dish.

Ding Tele also does a good 杂酱面.

We love the salty and savoury brown bean sauce with nice chunks of well marinated minced pork and pieces of braised beancurd.

It is a simple yet well executed dish. Just leave out the shredded cucumber next time k!

Miss K and I generally enjoyed Ding Tele's noodle dishes.

Their Shanghai Noodles with Pork and Spicy Sauce featured slurp-worthy al dente noodles in a spicy sauce that had crushed peanuts in it to give it nice spicy and nutty notes. I also really enjoyed the noticeably larger chunks of minced pork which give more bite and depth of flavour to this dish.

However, we did not enjoy their wanton chilli oil. The skin of their wanton were way too thick which made slurping with the sauce rather hard. The sauce itself was also rather flat - it was neither sweet, spicy, sour or savoury. It was also not helped by the fact that they were rather stingy with the sauce!

Definitely not a dish we would re-order!
