This was amazing. Their beef was so tender and juicy, it's really super unexpected even given the standard of derwish Turkish. Wow. No wonder it's so expensive for 6 bites. Nonetheless it feeds one comfortably. Butter rice was fragrant too, tho not as strong as the other ones I've had. Plays good second fiddle to the beef

PSA: THEIR ONLINE MENU IS SUPER OUTDATED, CHECK DERWISH TURKISH, ITS THE EXACT SAME MENU

this was pretty decent, think it's just beef cos it's tougher than pideli kofta, and there's a lot of oil pooled at the bottom. Served with yoghurt again. Just order the pideli kofta on its own instead, but otherwise this is decent by its own merits

PSA THIS IS EXACTLY DERWISH TURKISH. THEYRE THE SAME SHOP AND USE THE SAME MENU

nonetheless the food was obviously good since it's derwish haha

The patties were full of flavour and had a nice bite. Tomato sauce was decent too, and paired with bread soggy from the tomato sauce(I love it but it may not be for everyone). Served with yoghurt on the side, didn't pair perfectly but needed something to cut the grease

The kofte meatballs were flavourful and grilled well. I enjoyed it with the yogurt. As for the pide bread - I’ve to admit I loved that it was so soggy - as it soaked up all of the tomato sauce and meat juices! Yum.

Serving was quite big as this dish comes with a bowl of rice (pilaf) as well, which was really fragrant. This is worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal. Decor of the restaurant was very pretty too, it’s not a bad spot for dinner.

These grilled beef cubes were so tender and juicy! Not quite like how kebabs would taste but it was good for other reasons! Had this under Chope’s 1 for 1 deal!

Tried this restaurant under Chope’s 1 for 1! The lamb kofta was a little too dry for my liking, I’ve tried better. Nevertheless the rice was really fragrant and it complements the meat.
