We got the Polpo Alla Grigla (squid ink pasta; pictured) and the Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli.

The squid ink pasta was delicious and well-seasoned, while the squid was grilled nicely. The ravioli filling however wasn’t as savoury as I’d hoped it be. There was a lot of spinach in each ravioli though, which I loved cause ya girl’s gotta get her fiber. Sauce for the ravioli was the same — lots of mushroom goodness, but just missing a dash more seasoning. I definitely prefer Pasta Brava’s take on the same dish.

That said, everything else was delicious, including the free bread appetiser and the cocktails that came with our 1-for-1 beyond set. In fact, the Bellini I got was huge (they put it in a wine glass instead of the normal champagne flute), delicious and my favourite item of the evening. 😌 the gelato of course, is lovely too.

Service is warm. 10/10 recommend for date nights. 😊

Squid ink pasta really yummy!
Came with bread slices and olive oil appetisers:)
Would come again to try more things

Beautifully cooked, i like the separation between the carbonara and the bacon

Back at my favorite Italian restaurant by the riverside to try yet another gelato. It is really fabulous, especially in the cone. ($7 + $1 for the cone)

The generous portion of gelato melts slightly and fills the bottom of the cone as you lick it so you get a good ratio of gelato to wafer throughout the cone.

There's a delightful caramel flavor, kind of like biscoff biscuits but without that strong cinammon flavor. It's really good. And the texture is perfect and creamy as usual.

Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli (U.P.: $25++)
• One of the best Ravioli eaten so far 👍🏻
• The creamy mushroom sauce was so delicious that one will not feel sick of eating even after the whole plate
• Spinach filling inside each ravioli pieces and mushroom bits give a different texture every bite

Pistachio milkshake (U.P. $14++)
• made with pistachio gelato, the drink is light and icy
• would prefer to have a stronger pistachio taste though

Carbonara (U.P. $24++)
• overall, not bad and especially like the crispy bits alongside with the pasta, great combi!

There is Beyond 1-for-1 for this place too :)

Augh the in-house gelato here is so irresistibly good 😝 It's pricey at $7 for this scoop and an additional $1 for the cone, but totally worth it.

OK this one isn't as creamy and smooth as soft serve, but it's still delicious. It's got an almost fluffy, airy texture, and the taste of the cheese is mild but noticeable. More of an aftertaste, really, enhancing the natural milky flavors of the gelato.

Take a stroll down the riverside licking this delicious cone for that perfect end to an evening date. :)
