Love the number of new cafes popping up in Chinatown. Lovely to see how they deco the vintage facade of the shop lots.

This was one of those cafes I visited recently. Was looking for coffee, so this seemed to serve that well with the name consisting of the word “kopi”.

I saw this coffee trio and thought it’d be an interesting try. It has KL coffee, Ipoh coffee and Malacca coffee. What I expected was small glasses. Imagine my shock when it came in 3 medium sized glasses. This is definitely one for sharing. I pretty much overdosed on coffee after that.

The 3 coffees are quite different in taste, which was interesting. This is a good way to taste how coffees are different in these 3 states. I would recommend this to coffee lovers.

This is RM14.90.

Spotted along Jalan Panggong is this beautiful kopitiam housed in a decades-old building. Come for breakfast and dig into the Luckin Toast (RM12.90), where five slices of Hainan toast are served with spreads like peanut butter and kaya, alongside soft-boiled eggs. For lunch, opt for the Indo Mee (RM5.90) with a choice of protein, of which the chicken karaage and buttermilk chicken stand out. Look out for other unique dishes on the menu like the Seafood Mala Hot Pot (RM28.90) that's only available after 5pm.

Indo mee with Ayam Berempah @luckinkopi, comes with unlimited refill of kopi if you order set meal.

Do come before 11:55am to avoid long waiting time (new cafe...knowing the hype). Staff are quite attentive and efficient.

Taste wise: could be better, mee was a bit too soggy, chicken was a little too dry.

Coffee: kaw but not aromatic enough...

Nasi lemak biasa + one side dish + a drink = RM14.80

When you have a more than 70yrs old time coffeeshop just around the corner, one can’t help but to compare quality with the new player like this one

I’m sorry but this is a miss for me, although the deco is IG magnet and menu is extensive
