I really like how warm, hearty and crisp the pastry skin of the chicken pie and curry puff are. Chicken pie creamy, and meat tender which is a surprise upon cutting into it! 🥧

A good mix of sweet and savoury which is what I prefer when it comes to high tea. A couple of them were a miss but its alright, overall still worth the value. Service was superb and ambience cosy, no time limit is a huge bonus given the time limit at certain places now.

Beside all spread of fresh seafood, YTF, vegetables, @mhotelsingapore also have the Herbal Drunken Prawn station that diners should check it out while dining here.

Don’t forget to check on the Ausca, an Egg Chef Robot that going to prepare your Tamagoyaki and other omelette dishes..

Anyone who is the same 🙋🏻‍♀️ Plus on a chilly day like today, Seafood Steamboat Dinner Buffet is an excellent choice. @mhotelsingapore has a new Summer menu featuring Hokkaido Kombu Dashi and Double-boiled Imperial Collagen. They also have Ausca, an Egg Chef Robot preparing Tamagoyaki and other omelette dishes!

Don’t miss out the Herbal Drunken Prawn station, where Chef dishes out fresh prawns cooked in a light herbal broth.

Happy Lunar New Year eve everyone! I had my own pre lunar new year steamboat at M Hotel Singapore’s The Buffet using Eatigo app for 50% off. Those who have yet to download can use my referral code:eatiw0bx .

We were impressed by the freshness of the seafood (fish, prawns, octopus etc) and especially the prawns 😍. My friend couldn’t help but to get a few serving of the prawns there!
Personally, I am not a fan of desserts but I love the variety of desserts available for this buffet, and particularly their rose lychee mousse cake and the durian puree. 📍 M Hotel (The Buffet)

Had 2 or 3 servings of the durian pengat.... It's pretty good!
Overall it's a very good steamboat buffet with fresh ingredients and a good range of everything. I will be back 😊👍🏼

Wanted to go Potato Head but my lunch partner had a long meeting today so we decided to eat somewhere near office.

But I'm happy with this meal because local Singapore food has always been my comfort food. Local Singapore food is very much our heritage, and we will discover Singapore's history if we dig to understand more about how these food came about. These are Singapore's/Malaysia's creation that we must be proud to be a part of, and may our cuisine be well-known internationally!
