Portuguese Egg Tart, $1.80 each. We have always been craving for Macau - Lord Stow’s Portuguese Egg Tart in SG and randomly chanced upon Macau Express at Bedok Town Square! Look pretty alike and it taste pretty yummy too! Crust is crispy, flaky layered filled with soft and smooth custard! It’s so satisfying and addictive, and we couldn’t resist for more! Finger licking goood! .

Really enjoyed the Portuguese egg tarts ($1.80) - the crust is crisp and flaky and the filling is smooth. HK milk tea tasted quite authentic as well!

Other items I got were the noodles (average), baked rice with chicken (a little dry and could have used more curry sauce but sauce was nice), polo bun (with butter).

Overall, it’s a great spot for an afternoon tea at bedok :)

For freshly baked, pipping hot Portuguese egg tarts - certainly authentic if you like the types found in Macau (my preference too!) but not anywhere near the ones in Portugal, in fact, haven't tasted anything similar in Asia ever.

PRICE: $5.80 for fried chicken chop pasta in curry sauce and $2.00 for HK Milk Tea (no GST and service charge)

REMARKS:
- like the quick service
- Milk tea is good, not diluted
- small serving size for pasta

WILL I RETURN? Don’t mind trying the other menu items

One of the best Portuguese tarts In Singapore that I have tasted! Definitely a must eat whenever I visit the mall.

It was quite a disappointment. The cheese is not that rich enough. However the Portuguese tarts and milk tea is highly recommended!!
